We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships and driving business development within the employee benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in group medical insurance, renewal processes, and building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the business development process for employee benefits, group medical, and renewal services.
- Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and general product offerings.
- Engage in underwriting processes as required, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address issues and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in group medical and employee benefits insurance.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- Knowledge of risk management and general insurance products.
- Underwriting experience is a plus.
- Must hold IIQE Paper 1, 2, & 3.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
