As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal operations. You will assist with various legal tasks, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and transactional support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services, particularly in cryptocurrencies, and a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance materials

• Conduct legal research on cryptocurrency regulations, trading laws, and compliance issues

• Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents with governmental and financial authorities

• Support the legal team in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Maintain and organise legal files and databases

• Stay updated on developments in cryptocurrency law and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing cryptocurrency trading

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
