Position Overview:
They are seeking a seasoned extensive sales candidate with a strong background in technology services and partner ecosystem development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales through strategic partnerships, managing partner relationships, and delivering exceptional results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners to expand our service offerings and market reach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement partner sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to optimize partner engagement and service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in partner sales management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of innovative technology services and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong in negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
