Position Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment processes. You will conduct research on client backgrounds, understand job briefings, and source candidates across various job platforms. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment industry and hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Research & Understanding:
- Conduct thorough research on clients and their industry backgrounds.
- Familiarize yourself with job briefings to understand client needs.

Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize job platforms to source potential candidates.
- Collect and manage CVs for various roles.

Screening & Communication:
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates in a professional manner.

Administrative Support:
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Arrange interviews between clients and candidates.
- Input data, including uploading CVs and tracking candidate progress through to offer stages.

Technology Exploration:
- Research emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance our processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
