Job Description

As a Recruitment Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while enhancing your skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Help screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential recruitment channels and strategies.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
