Key Responsibilities:

• Hold management duties to oversee regulated activities within the organisation.
• Supervise the day-to-day functions of the licensed corporation.
• Manage securities operations, including account setup, ongoing account management, and customer service, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Create, review, and modify operational protocols to maintain regulatory adherence, and coordinate with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as required.
• Lead and engage in special projects and assist in shaping corporate strategies and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with SFC Type 1, 4, and 9 licenses.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and compliance obligations.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin as a key requirement.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
