Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents using state-of-the-art machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into various applications and platforms.
• Conduct research to advance the capabilities of AI agents, including improving their conversational abilities, decision-making processes, and adaptability.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance our products.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to AI agent performance and functionality.
• Document development processes, code, and research findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI agents or similar applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other AI methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Publications or contributions to the AI research community.
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
