Sales Director (FX/Bullion)
Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the FX and bullion sectors.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive client acquisition and retention.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and value propositions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the FX and bullion markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on FX or Bullion Trading.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Strong understanding of FX and bullion markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
