We are seeking an experienced CFO with a strong background in Securities Brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, focusing on FX management and risk mitigation.
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business objectives.
• Oversee cash management, investments, and FX transactions.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all operating jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the organisation's strategic vision, including stakeholder engagement and financial planning.
• Drive the financing of long and short-term goals, including prospective acquisitions and new business opportunities in key markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on eFX/FX and international markets.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams of 5-10 members.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business engagements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
