Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting activity for specifically identified business groups.
  • Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a signature candidate experience.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders
  • Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders and influencers to accelerate and manage recruitment process.
  • Administrative Support
  • Work closely with operations and providing advice & support
  • Ensure timely on/off boarding processes are executed
  • Follow up with vendor enquiries from internal departments and external partnerships
  • Process hiring requests and prepare related materials
  • Assistant to handle different staff issue

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Recruitment platform and tools

Experience requirement:

  • 1 years of working experience in related discipline
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Psychology or a related discipline
  • Experience in recruitment activities and providing administrative support
  • Familiar with HR operations and Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good organization, communication and problem-solving skills
