Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
• Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
• Monitor system performance, escalate application and/or hardware issues to designated contact points
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users on issue identification, mitigation and workarounds
• Document and maintain procedures for issue resolution
• Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours

Technical Skills (to be a plus):

• Digital kiosk IT solutions
• Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying
• Windows and mobile applications

Experience requirement:

• 2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Good command in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
