Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working with offshore team and client team to support, build, integrate and deliver high-quality Technology Solutions.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure application solutions meet client's policies, standards and quality requirement.
- Deliver proper production support and ensure that production handover materials are well prepared.
- Work in the client site with on-site team to communicate and manage client incident / issues
- Supervise off-shore team to provide application and maintenance support for client
- Responsible for pro-actively monitoring and promptly resolving application production incident within agreed service level
- Responsible for managing the BAU support team to deliver service request tickets
- Responsible for assisting Incident and Problem Management teams on root cause analysis, incident report and propose short-term / permanent resolution for application issue
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Salesforce related
- Salesforce service cloud and Salesforce marketing cloud
- Salesforce APEX class development
- Salesforce data object model like standard and custom objects, relationships
- SOQL and SOSL development
- Salesforce Lighting work components and framework
- ETL processes integrated with MuleSoft application
Others Skills and Knowledge
- Microsoft SQL (SQL - PL/SQL), MS-Access, Oracle
- OpenShift, CI/CD, Jenkin
- NodeJS, Java, ReactJS
- Azure Cloud (Azure ADB2C, Azure KeyVault, ADLS, Azure DevOps
- Kibana, Dynatrace
Experience requirement:
- 2+ years of full life-cycle experience in the analysis, architecture, design documentation
- In addition, 2+ years of working experience on Salesforce
- Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred
- Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of code
- Good communication skill and Fluent in English
