Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account/Sales Manager with a strong sales and relationship management background in a well-known retail group. This role requires hands-on experience managing accounts and driving business growth through local retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Develop a long-term strategic plan to achieve sales objectives in key channels and maintain key brand market share.
  • Manage P&L to achieve company targets
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions
  • Develop new product campaign launches and distribution across the retail market
  • Track account performance based on data and report to management
  • Oversee the order process and resolve operational issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues quickly

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of account management experience in FMCG (preferably with convenience stores, supermarkets, and retailers such as 7-Eleven, Welcome, Circle K, ParknShop, etc.)
  • Experience with end-to-end account management, from strategy development to execution and performance tracking
  • Strong business planning and data analytic skills
  • Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills with detail orientation
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability will be prioritised for this application
