Office Manager (International fintech firm)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
•    Support the management and team for office operation, renovation and expansion
•    Update related info to the top management promptly and precisely
•    Arrange office operation-related schedules and cooperate with related team, suppliers and vendors
•    Ad-hoc support upon request
Requirements:
•    2-5 years office management experience, ideally with office renovation/ expansion experience
•    Must have related admin/ office operation experience in Hong Kong
•    Experienced working with stakeholders, suppliers and vendors in Mainland China
•    Fast-paced and detail oriented
•    Excellence team player and open to new challenges to thrive with the team
•    HKPR, IANG, TTPS and QMAS holders are all very welcome
•    Fluency in Chinese/ Mandarin and conversational in English
