Job Description
Our client is an international technology firm and they’re looking for experienced Office Manager to join their expanding and fast-paced team
Responsibilities:
- Provide and advise as Administrative Support to senior management and monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance
- Manage, reconcile and arrange payments for invoices, and manage vendors for office maintenance
- Organize internal activities, events, and annual parties; and for external social events
- Initiate marketing ideas and campaigns
- Support company branding and marketing initiatives for Corporate premiums and leaflets
- Ad-hoc support upon request
Requirements:
- 1-2 years office management experience. Outstanding freshgrads with related experience will also be considered
- Must have related admin/ office operation experience in Hong Kong
- Fast-paced and detail oriented
- Excellence team player and open to new challenges to thrive with the team
- HKPR, IANG, TTPS and QMAS holders are all very welcome
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
