Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with regional and headquarters teams to:

  • Identify and assess digital initiative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and improve productivity, with a particular focus on automation and analytics
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the PVT team to develop and deliver, while ensuring compliance with overall lT policies and standards.
  • Assist the business units in conducting testing activities and facilitate user enablement and training
  • Continuously monitor and track the performance of deployed digital initiatives

Support the Regional IT Coordinator to:

  • Drive the adoption of new digital tools, with a particular focus on automation and analytics
  • Prioritise various digital initiatives and develop the region’s digital transformation roadmap
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the regional team by proactively promoting the strategic benefits of new technologies

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical abilities, and critical thinking skills
  • Curious, meticulous, self-motivated and strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to share effectively across different business streams
  • Previous experience in operations, customer management, service delivery, sales & marketing or finance management
  • Previous automation-related experience or certified automation tool users, e.g. UiPath, is an advantage
  • Previous analytics-related experience or certified analytics tool users, e.g. QlikSense or Tableau, is an advantage
  • Communication skills with Cantonese and English is required
