Key Responsibilities:
- Community Growth: Develop marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Lead a boutique team and vendors to cope with challenges and find the best marketing solutions
- Grow the community platforms including but not limited to Telegram, Discord and X /Twitter
- Initiate, conduct and analyze the marketing campaigns and events 

Requirements: 
- 3+ years marketing experience within top-tier crypto and airdrop projects
- Proven track record in leading major token launches and community growth
- Experienced with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Telegram, Discord and X (Twitter)
- Knowledgeable the crypto and Web3 culture
