Responsibilities:
As a Blockchain Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex blockchain initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design scalable and secure blockchain architectures, and define the technical roadmap.
• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of blockchain applications, utilizing popular frameworks and platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and R3 Corda.
• Monitor the performance and security of blockchain networks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest blockchain trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and explore innovative use cases to drive continuous improvement and evolution of our blockchain offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in blockchain technology, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Proficient in designing and implementing blockchain architectures, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Hands-on experience with popular blockchain platforms and frameworks, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and R3 Corda.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and distributed consensus algorithms.
