Our client is a well-known hedge fund and they would like to start their crypto quant trading desks. There’s a very high chance you’ll report directly to the Co-Founders. Candidates experienced with crypto quant trading, familiar with HK/SG crypto regulations and with a strong entrepreneurship are very welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Establish the company’s crypto desk from scratch
• Develop profitable quant trading strategies and manage the portfolio
• Discuss with the headquarters the best utilization of the current trading, research and development resources in the group and hiring/ operation plan
• Liaison with regulators

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience in the crypto desks of well-known quant firms. Experienced PMs are very welcome
• Familiar with crypto-related regulations
• Strong entrepreneurship with outstanding planning skills
• May be based in either HK or Singapore
• For HK-based candidates, fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred
