• Proven ability to create innovative content and act as an idea generator in a multilingual environment
• Expertise in managing various social media platforms, content creation, translation, and publishing that align with the project's vision and spirit
• Skilled in community engagement management, effectively interacting with audiences to generate new connections and attract community members
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively participate in online communities
• Strong creative thinking skills, with the capacity to generate innovative content ideas
• Detail-oriented mindset and superior organisational abilities
• Solid track record with extensive experience in SEO and community growth across channels such as X, Medium, Telegram, and Discord
• Proficiency in outreach efforts to KOLs and media partners
• Focus on driving community growth by inviting prominent decentralised applications (dApps)
• Experience in organising and participating in virtual and physical engagements, including side events, conferences, AMAs, and campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of Web3/Crypto/Blockchain growth experience, with at least 3 years of proven practical experience
• Multitasking mindset and the ability to effectively manage projects within tight deadlines
• Extensive experience in content creation, translation, and social media management in a multilingual environment
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and cultural differences between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking societies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
