Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive marketing strategy and execution plan to align with business objectives
• Monitor the growth of followers across all channels and evaluate channel performance to optimise engagement and reach
• Conduct weekly reviews of the marketing strategy to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Engage in outreach efforts to KOLs, communities, and potential partners
• Focus on community growth, by inviting prominent dApps
• Manage media interviews to promote the company brand and initiatives
• Organise and participate in virtual and physical engagements such as side events, conferences, AMAs, and campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of Web3/Crypto/Blockchain growth experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Solid proven track record with strong experience in community growth and partnership outreach 
• Strong to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, familiar with digital marketing trends
• Proven ability to manage and grow online and offline communities with marketing analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably proficient in either Cantonese or Mandarin
