As a Quantitative Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth quantitative analysis and providing valuable insights to support investment strategies and decision-making processes. You will collaborate with a team of researchers and portfolio managers to develop and implement quantitative models, perform statistical analysis, and contribute to the development of investment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse large sets of financial data, apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends, and derive actionable insights
• Conduct quantitative research and statistical analyses in the evaluation of cryptocurrencies and traditional asset classes
• Implement trading models and signals in a simulation environment

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience after graduation
• Hold a University degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative field
• Hands-on and strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and programming language in Python, R 
• Proficient in probability & statistics (e.g. time-series analysis, machine learning)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical teams
• Immediate candidates preferred
