Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain institutional clients in the FX/CFDs industry.
  • Prospect and identify new institutional clients, including high net worth individuals and proprietary trading firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, including conducting regular review meetings and providing customized reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events to foster relationships and boost the company's presence in the FX/CFDs market.
  • Collaborate with the EFX support and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Create and present compelling presentations and proposals to highlight the advantages of our FX/CFDs brokerage services and technological platforms.
  • Leverage technology to provide innovative trading solutions to meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of market trends, providing clients with insightful advice on currency strategies and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in the execution of FX/CFDs trades and client management.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the FX/CFDs market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the FX/CFDs brokerage industry, with a proven track record in institutional client management and surpassing the sales target.
  • Excellent understanding of FX/CFDs markets, trading concepts, trading technologies, regulatory environment, and financial instruments.
  • Established network within the institutional FX/CFDs trading community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, deal-closure, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including operations, compliance, legal and technology.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
