Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in the crypto industry
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and platform to effectively address customer needs and provide accurate information
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the company's CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrencies
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the crypto industry
  • Strong background in coworking, receptionist, retail, or sales roles, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and related terminology
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
