Job Description

As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing innovative and strategic solutions to help their global luxury brand clients achieve their marketing and business objectives. You will have a strong background in storytelling and art direction, and will work closely with their design and UX/UI teams to bring your strategic vision to life.

The brands include Gucci, La Prairie, Burberry and much more. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive creative strategies and campaign ideas for our luxury brand clients
  • Create compelling presentations and decks to effectively communicate your strategic recommendations to clients
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our clients' target audiences, competitors, and the broader market landscape
  • Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and creative opportunities to differentiate our clients' brands
  • Provide art direction and creative guidance to ensure the execution of strategic concepts aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors to inform your strategic recommendations
  • Mentor and guide more junior members of the creative team to enhance their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative strategy or planning role, preferably within a reputable advertising or marketing agency
  • Proven track record of developing successful creative strategies and campaigns for global luxury brands
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in creating strategic decks and presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, art direction, and visual communication
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English is a must. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
