Proposal Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with the Proposal Team Leader throughout the bid process, including Bid Registration, Bid Plan development, Cost Model preparation, Procurement Requests, Bid Governance, and Bid Review
· Initiating SMR to ensure the allocation of necessary resources
· Providing support to the Opportunity Owner in conducting Risk Assessments
· Initiating and monitoring the Technical Delivery Assessment
· Assisting in completing the fact sheet and following up with pricing approvals
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree holder with over 5 years of professional experience
· Strong numerical skills and meticulous with numbers
· Resilient and capable of working under pressure
· Flexible in working extended hours to meet mission-critical deadlines
· Keen attention to detail, skilled in multitasking to maintain high productivity
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably Cantonese
