Application Support Team Lead (Financial Services)

My client is a US Global Digital Consulting Firm. You will work with some leading clients in Financial Services such as Insurance and Wealth Management, providing great opportunities for global exposure. 



  • Work with on-site and offshore teams to build, integrate, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Review the IT requirements and implement feasible features to the application accordingly 
  • Proactively monitor operation systems and develop high-quality application solutions
  • Resolve application production incidents and manage Problem Management teams on short/long-term resolutions
  • Manage the BAU Support team to deliver service request
  • Working closely with the solution architect and system analyst to roll out the applications


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline
  • Preferred Insurance Application Support Experience
  • 10+ years in IT development (5+ years in people management; 5+ years in SDLC)
  • Strong in Application Support, Maintenance, Incident Management, and Problem Resolution
  • Solid in Java (J2EE/Spring Boot), Node.js, React.js, etc
  • Knowledge in CI/CD, Middleware, Restful, RDBMS (Oracle/MSSQL), etc
  • Experience in Small-medium Solution Design 
  • Excellent language ability in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
