We are working on behalf of one of the top Life Re-insurers globally, in the search for a Senior Software Engineer to be based in their Operations hub in Kuala Lumpur.

The ideal candidate is one who is equally adept at being hands-on working projects, as well as being able an effective communicator to engage global stake holders and team-members. 

The Senior Software Engineers will be responsible to drive innovation and excellence! Operating autonomously, you will lead a team to craft cutting-edge API-based applications with a cloud-first mindset, utilizing a rich toolkit of programming languages and deployment strategies.

Adeptness in problem-solving is a must, in order to ensure efficient resolution of complex technical hurdles while fostering seamless communication with stakeholders and team members.

Your responsibilities span from designing to deploying API-based systems, adhering to industry best practices and perpetually pursuing quality enhancements. With a minimum of 10 years' experience, proficiency across frontend frameworks, databases, and deployments is a must.

Mastery in the Microsoft technology stack, that includes C#, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and web frameworks, such as ASP.NET is a must have.

Coupled with adaptability to emerging technologies, along with preferred expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
