Job Description

 

Our client is a Fortune 500 Financial Service/ Insurance service provider, and they're looking for experience IT support talents to join their team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2support to the company
  • Follow Global IT processes, policies and direction
  • Other ad-hoc IT tasks as requested or required by the management

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related experience. Finance/ Insurance background is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop environment (Win10, Office, user hardware)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environment administration (AD, Exchange)
  • Ability to work well as part of global team environment
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
