Job Description
Our client is a Fortune 500 Financial Service/ Insurance service provider, and they're looking for experience IT support talents to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2support to the company
- Follow Global IT processes, policies and direction
- Other ad-hoc IT tasks as requested or required by the management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related experience. Finance/ Insurance background is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop environment (Win10, Office, user hardware)
- Knowledge of Windows Server environment administration (AD, Exchange)
- Ability to work well as part of global team environment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Fluent in English and Chinese
