Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day ETF trades, ensuring compliance with exchange obligations.
• Oversee hedging and post-trade operations, ensuring efficient trade execution and risk management.
• Interact with our PD/agency, for primary market and client transactions.
• Develop and implement trading strategies for ETFs, incorporating hedging features and leveraging market research and analysis.
• Perform analytics, market research, and back-tests to evaluate and refine trading strategies.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years in a Market Making or Delta 1 role within an investment bank or a hedge fund.
• Strong understanding of ETF business flows (Institutional investors, Issuers, Asset managers, PDs, Market Structure, etc.)
• Proven experience in HK ETF trading / market-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced trading environments, making quick decisions under pressure.
• Coding and Scripting skills are highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must.
