Digital Product Director (Global, Ecommerce)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital product development and e-commerce, with strong expertise in digital platforms, e-commerce applications, and technologies, as well as proven product management capabilities to lead multiple developments simultaneously. They should also possess excellent people management skills to effectively lead and coach a team, as well as the ability to collaborate across teams and influence leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital product strategies to drive e-commerce growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital product development with business goals
- Provide product strategy services to optimize the digital customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Utilise innovative, strategic, and forward-thinking approaches to enhance the digital presence
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Manage complex technical and business-related issues to ensure successful project delivery
- Work independently and handle challenging tasks and deadlines effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital product development and e-commerce, preferably in the luxury industry
- Proven success in driving revenue growth
- Innovative, strategic, and forward-thinking mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex technical and business-related issues
- Proficiency with the Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Communication skills fluent in English
