We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist with a focus on e-store operations to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment matters, marketing campaign updates, content updates, promotional campaigns, and collaborating closely with external clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of e-store operations including payment processing, order fulfillment, and customer service
• Monitor and update marketing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Update website content and product listings to keep the e-store fresh and engaging
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Work closely with external clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience working in e-commerce e-store operations
• Proficiency in content management systems such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Experience with Google Analytics and SAP Hybris
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C e-commerce practices
