We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our clients team and work closely with their product, marketing, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce and a strong understanding of marketing campaigns and estore operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate and timely product updates on the estore
• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any website issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ecommerce operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketing tools
• Knowledge of SAP Hybris 
• Experience with Adobe AEM, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
