We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Life and Health Insurance Manager to join our clients team. In this role, you will work closely with the head of the department to manage client relationships and internal/external stakeholder management. Your responsibilities will include executing transactions, negotiations, and operations, as well as developing execution strategies for markets in Asia including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and internal/external stakeholder management
• Execute transactions, negotiations, and operations
• Develop execution strategies for markets in Asia, including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore
• Bring in new businesses and opportunities
• Collaborate with the head of the department on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Re/Insurance or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance
• Proven track record working with Australia and New Zealand clients - is a must
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
