Lead System Analyst/ IT Support (L2 support, International Law Firm)
Job Description
Our client is an international law firm and they are looking for experienced Lead System Analyst/ IT Support to join their team. Exciting opportunity to lead a boutique team across APAC locations while having a wide stage of individual contributions!
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the company’s tech infrastructure meets the standard of the operation need
• Provide Level 2 support and follow up to user system hardware/software, printers, application support and networking issues
• Identify trends for common problems and working with the IT Team to resolve the issues.
• Provide remote technical support
• Follow Global policies and direction
• Other ad-hoc IT tasks as requested
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT support experience in a professional service environment or international companies
• Law firm experience is a big plus
• Comfortable doing individual tasks and leading a boutique team with members from different locations
• Understanding of ITIL v2 or v3 is preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese
