Trading Strategist (Arbitrage/Market-Making)

My client is a fast-growing Proprietary Trading Firm, engaging in high-frequency market-making. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Trading Strategist to join the exceptional team. As a Trading Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing cutting-edge trading strategies that will maximize our profits and ensure our competitive edge in the crypto market. The team is expanding the crypto trading desk.

Within the team, you will meet the Top Talents in the industry from top schools and MNC firms such as Google, Tencent, Alibaba, JP Morgan, OKX, UBS, Morgan Stanley, and so on.

Responsibilities:

• Own a Trading Desk, take the initiative to kick-start potential trading strategy for the team
• Conduct in-depth research on the microstructure features and develop high-frequency market-making strategies or arbitrage strategies
• Tailor-made trading strategies to the fast-paced market; utilize models to identify profitable trading opportunities
• Promote and facilitate the orderly process of business operations 
• Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and developers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or other Science-related field 
• Graduate from Top Universities or working experience in Competitive Firms 
• Strong in at least one Programming language: C++, Java, Python, R, Golang, C#, etc
• Practical experience in High-Frequency Trading Strategy (Market-Making or Arbitrage)
• Proven track record on PnL, Return Curves, or Ratios (Futures, Stocks, or Options are preferred)
• Possess outstanding leadership abilities 
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Digit asset experience is NOT a Must
