Job Description
Responsibility:
• Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including job ad posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Coordinate the application and extension of employment visas, IANG visas, and dependent visas for expatriates.
• Additional HR responsibilities may include tasks such as payroll, commission, MPF, final payment calculations, tax filing, medical insurance, employees' compensation insurance, and performance evaluations.
• Additional duties may include handling license and contract renewals, equipment maintenance, and procuring office supplies.
Requirements:
• Possess a degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive HR experience.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with Employment and MPF Ordinances, as well as other relevant legislation, is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior HR executive position.
