Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the organization on regulatory licensing matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Assist in managing legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration cases, in coordination with external counsel if necessary.
• Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a reputable university
• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a focus on regulatory licensing, cross-border transactions, and/or the crypto industry
• Strong knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong regulatory frameworks, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex business situations.
• Familiarity with global legal and regulatory trends in the cryptocurrency industry, including knowledge of digital asset regulations, securities laws, and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills, such as Mandarin or Cantonese, would be advantageous.
