We are assisting our client in looking for a Chief Financial Officer responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of their organisation. This plays a critical role in developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving the company’s financial performance. This position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Assess and manage financial risk, ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• management.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Implement sound financial controls and compliance procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and forecasts to the executive team and board of directors.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to drive strategic decision-making.
• Provide guidance on financial implications related to business initiatives, investments, and
• acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, accounting standards, and financial
• markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.
